Plein Air Painting Godstone Ranch – Scotland

Itinerary - DAY 1 VIP Driver from 9am-10pm for 8 -10 people. (See Attachment “Itinerary 1”. This map is generalized. Most scenic routes will be taken by the local driver.) 7:30 AM - Icebreaker breakfast at the Buccleuch and Queensberry Arms Hotel (A full Scottish Breakfast is included in your room rate. Alcohol can be purchased at your own additional cost.) 9:00 AM - Board the VIP Luxury Van to Drumlanrig Castle, Thornhill to Plein Air Paint at Site 1 on the estate. 11:00 AM - Drumlanrig Castle Gardens, Thornhill to Plein Air Paint at Site 2. 1:00 PM - A picnic Lunch will be delivered to the castle by Buccleuch & Queensberry Arms Hotel and will consist of a sandwich, a piece of fruit, yogurt, crisps, can of juice, bottled water, champagne & wine per person. (This meal is added to your room fee.) 2:00 PM - Shop the Drumlanrig Castle Stableyard Shops 3:00 PM - Drumlanrig Castle Tour (You will purchase your ticket at the castle. Adults over 60 = 12 pounds. Adults under 60 = 15 pounds. Ticket prices are subject to change.) 4:30 PM - Glencairn Parish Church, Private Instruction - "Capturing the Moment", Mini Church Tour, Site 1 & 2 Painting Critique (Snacks, champagne, wine & beverages is provided in your package): 6:00 PM - Buccleuch and Queensberry Arms Hotel to relax and freshen up for the evening activities 7:30 PM - Board VIP Luxury Van to The Globe Inn - 1610 Restaurant - Dumfries & Galloway for the Welcome Dinner - Formal Attire - Menu. Alcohol can be purchased at your own additional cost.) 8:30 AM - Load Art Supplies and board VIP Luxury Van 9:30 AM - Arrive at Gray Mare's Tail Waterfall to Plein Air Paint at Site 3. 12:30 PM - Arrive at Moffat Woolen Mill Restaurant for lunch (You will purchase your own lunch & drinks). - 1 Ladyknowe Ct, Moffat, DG10 9DT, Scotland. 2:00 PM - Site-seeing & shopping in Queensberry House, Moffat. 4:00 PM - Moffat Village Street to Plein Air Paint Site 4 (Snacks, Champagne, Wine & Beverages provided on site) 6:00 PM - Return to Buccleuch and Queensberry Arms Hotel to relax and freshen up for dinner 7:00 PM - Co-op Grocery Store is in walking distance for you to purchase personal items. 7:30 PM - Buccleuch & Queensberry Arms Formal Dinner in the Private Dining Room. Alcohol can be purchased at your own additional cost.) 9:00 AM - Load art supplies and board the VIP Luxury van to Sanquhar, Scotland. 9:30 AM - Sanquhar Site-seeing: Tolbooth Museum, Post Office, Whigham's Inn, Sanquhar Knightwear, Lord Sanquhar's Townhouse & Calton's Close. 12:00 PM - The Nithsdale Hotel for lunch in Sanquhar. (This meal is not included in your package and can be purchased at your own cost.) 1:00 PM - The Crawick Multiverse to Plein Air Paint Site 14. 2:00 PM - The Crawick Multiverse YouTube to Plein Air Paint Site 15.
